The countdown to Super Bowl LVII has entered its final stretch, with Kansas City Chiefs<\/a> and Philadelphia Eagles<\/a> fans still flooding the ticket market less than a week out from the Big Game.<\/p>\n

Seats to State Farm Stadium are going for historic prices, as Kansas City and Philadelphia devotees prove they have no issue traveling cross-country for Sunday\u2019s showdown.<\/p>\n

According to Forbes, the average ticket for this year\u2019s Super Bowl is the second-most expensive ever.<\/p>\n

The average ticket price is posted at a whopping $8,145 as that price tag is actually a 23.51% drop from Jan. 30, the day after the NFC and AFC championship games.<\/p>\n

The cheapest seat isn\u2019t much of a bargain either, with a spot in the nosebleeds available for just over $5.000,<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s contest is on pace with last year\u2019s get-in price.\u00a0A more desirable seat at midfield is currently going for $31,108 apiece – the most expensive in the house.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
