Our ultimate goal is to build a championship team with <a href=\"https:\/\/7sport.net\/en\/nfl\/player\/lamar-jackson-2\/\">Lamar Jackson<\/a> leading the way for many years to come.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"Component-root-0-2-401 p Component-p-0-2-392\">The deadline to apply the franchise tag is 4 p.m. Eastern.
