“He is a priority number one for Jorge Mas, the owner of Inter Miami. They have been talking since before Messi joined PSG, but the talks have started again and Mas has spent a lot of time with Messi’s representatives in Qatar,” Meary said.<\/p>\n
Messi’s contract with PSG expires this summer and despite that he will most probably be a free agent in the summer, not a lot of clubs can get him because of Financial Fair Play rules.
