Cincinnati Bengals<\/a> left tackle Jonah Williams<\/a> has requested a trade through his agent, NFL Network Insider reported on Friday.<\/p>\n

It is believed the 25-year old doesn’t feel happy with the team’s decision to sign Orlando Brown in a deal that included the largest signing bonus ($31m) ever given to a offensive lineman. With the inclusion of Brown, the Bengals have given themselves extra sense of security in anticipation of giving extension for Joe Burrow<\/a>.<\/p>\n

All this has reportedly enraged Williams, who is currently at the final year of his rookie contract, which would guarantee him a base salary of $12,6m. Cincinnati have the option to sell him, but are likely not to do so, as they strive for squad depth, something they desperately lacked during the past two years.<\/p>\n
