And in its role as the owner of the chemical products company INEOS submitted its offer to buy the club in February.<\/p>\n<p>The current owners of the club &#8211; the American family Glazer, began to look for options for the 20-time champions as they launched the procedure for sell in November, 17 years after they acquired the team for \u00a3790m as part of a high loan deal.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Sir Jim Ratcliffe: \u201cDesire to buy Man Utd is purely in winning things.
