The lawsuit is over &#8220;injuries resulting from the chaos before the final&#8221; of the Champions League between the Reds and Real Madrid in Paris last year.<\/p>\n<p>Law firm Leigh Day revealed that they have filed a lawsuit against UEFA and the UEFA company that organizes the events under the auspices of the European football powerhouse. The claim is on behalf of 887 people.<\/p>\n<p>Two other law firms, Pogust Goodhead and Binghams Solicitors, have also announced they are representing Liverpool fans who also intend to sue UEFA.<\/p>\n<p>Last month, UEFA officially admitted that they had made serious mistakes in organizing the final and announced that they would compensate all Liverpool fans by refunding their ticket money.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nearly 900 supporters of Liverpool have filed a lawsuit against UEFA, reports &#8220;Reuters&#8221;.
