He finished the season with a 25-48-9 record, and Columbus will not be part of the postseason for 3<sup>rd<\/sup> season in a row.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This season has been extremely disappointing, and the responsibility for that lies with all of us,&#8221; said GM Jarmo Kekalainen in a press release. &#8220;These decisions were difficult and not made lightly, given our respect for Brad and Manny as coaches and people.<\/p>\n<p>Brad became the head coach of the Blue Jackets at the start of the last season when he replaced John Tortorella and finished 37-38-7 in his 1<sup>st<\/sup> year.<\/p>\n<p>Forward Johnny Gaudreau joined the franchise before the 2022-23 season began.
