Despite losing out on pole position, neither Max Verstappen<\/a>, nor Sergio Perez<\/a> seemed too fazed with the prospect of starting 2nd and 3rd respectively.<\/p>\n

Verstappen and Perez emphasized on the strong race pace of their car and combined with the low downforce the car is running, Leclerc should not be too difficult to dispatch.<\/p>\n

\u201cAround here it\u2019s really hard.\u201d said Verstappen<\/p>\n

\u201cIn Q3 you\u2019re on the limit and trying to make everything perfect, [so] it\u2019s not the easiest. But nevertheless, we are P2, we know we have a very good race car, so all in all it\u2019s not bad. Of course, you always want to start ahead, but we [only] have to pass one car.\u201d<\/p>\n

Perez, on the other hand was more conservative as he felt there was more to take from his Red Bull, but still feels confident about the race.<\/p>\n
