Andy Murray has qualified for the 1\/4 finals of the ATP Challenger Tour 175 after a difficult 6-4, 5-7, 6-3 over Frenchmen Laurent Lokoli.<\/p>\n
The 35-year old secured the victory with his 6th match points and has now a two wins in succession for the first time since Indian Wells in March.<\/p>\n
The 52nd ranked Murray seemed all set for a clean victory after taking a 5-2 lead in the second set ensuring himself two match points. However, the experienced Brit missed both and went on to lose 4 consecutive games to allow Lokoli to draw the game.<\/p>\n
In the third set Murray took early control, but towards the end there were still doubts if he would make it, as the three-times Grand Slam winner missed another match point.<\/p>\n
Despite everything, the 35-year prevailed and will face another Frenchmen in th 1\/4 finals – Luca Van Ascche.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
