Olivier Giroud has revealed he feels “more motivated than ever” before Milan’s crunch Champions League 1\/2 final match against Inter.<\/p>\n
The Frenchman’s hunger for the big trophy hasn’t waned away even at the age of 36 as he is seeking a second Champions League gold medal.<\/p>\n
Giroud was part of Chelsea’s team that clinched the title in 2021 even though he took no part in the final.<\/p>\n
He left London that summer for Milan and has enjoyed a brilliant spell with the Italian side, clinching the Serie A last season.<\/p>\n
Now he has a chance to replicate his success from 2021 and help Milan lift their first Champions League trophy since 2007.<\/p>\n
“I’m nearly 37 years old, but I have the same motivations as a young boy,” he said.<\/p>\n
“I’m more motivated than ever. It’s a great opportunity to win the Champions League.<\/p>\n
