Daniel Ricciardo has revealed that he is set to drive the Red Bull RB19 after the British Grand Prix in July as part of his third driver duties for the Milton Keynes team.<\/p>\n
Ricciardo was demoted to a test driver for his former team after experiencing two very difficult campaigns with McLaren.<\/p>\n
He has spent plenty of time in simulator sessions, providing full-time drivers Max Verstappen<\/a> and Sergio Perez<\/a> with valuable data and the time for him to step in the 2023’s car has arrived.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019ve been in the simulator, but I will drive the RB19 in July after the Silverstone race \u2013 I\u2019m getting a Pirelli test,\u201d he said in an interview with ESPN this week.<\/p>\n \u201cThen maybe I\u2019ll get another one after Monza as well in September. A couple of months away and I\u2019ll get to feel what it\u2019s like.\u201d<\/p>\n Ricciardo has 8 victories to his name, 7 of which have come in his first spell at Red Bull.
