However, Kemp still doesn&#8217;t play in the National Hockey League, as he was part of the franchise&#8217;s AHL affiliate Bakersfield Condors in the last 3 years.<\/p>\n<p>Phil played in 71 matches this past campaign, notching 6 goals and giving 15 assists.
