Luke Raley had an RBI triple and Harold Ram\u00edrez hit a two-run homer, which gave the Rays 3-1 lead.<\/p>\n<p>A controversial moment occurred, when Minnesota&#8217;s Bailey Ober was forced to wash his hands after foreign-substance inspection before the 4th inning. Up until that point he had retired all nine batters he faced and his absence certainly gave Tampa Bay the edge.<\/p>\n<p>Ober (3-3) gave up four runs, three hits and two walks over 5 1\/3 innings.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a little frustrating,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019m not using anything (illegal) out there. &#8230; It\u2019s sweat and rosin, and I still get asked to wash my hand off. It\u2019s the first time all year that\u2019s happened.
