Gareth Bale has expressed his support for Lionel Messi’s move to Inter Miami, stating that the 35-year-old will find a much more relaxed atmosphere.<\/p>\n
Bale spent a couple of month in the MLS, playing for LAFC and having a key role in their MLS Cup success after scoring a dramatic last minute header against Philadelphia Union.<\/p>\n
Messi will join the League over the summer in move that is expected to skyrocket American’s soccer reputation.<\/p>\n
Speaking to BT sport, Bale said:<\/p>\n
‘It is a lot more chilled (in MLS). If you lose at Real Madrid, it is like the world has ended.’<\/p>\n
‘You are crucified. You feel down. You go home and you’re not happy.’<\/p>\n
‘They accept losing a bit more (in America). There is no consequence. You can’t get relegated over there.<\/p>\n
‘When you lose a game you go on to the next one. They accept losing a lot better over there.’<\/p>\n
