Huber was the main punter from his 1<sup>st<\/sup> season till the 1<sup>st<\/sup> half of the past campaign. His stats were getting worse, and the Bengals decided to replace him during the season with Drue Chrisman.<\/p>\n<p>Kevin averaged more than 43 yards per punt and more than 37 net yards in the Bengal\u2019s 1<sup>st<\/sup> 9 matches. The man who took his job, Chrisman, averaged almost 48 yards per punt and almost 43 net yards in the franchise\u2019s last 7 matches.<\/p>\n<p>Kevin was released at the beginning of December last year but inked with the organization\u2019s practice squad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cincinnati\u2019s ex-longtime punter Kevin Huber decided to retire.
