Saquon Barkley<\/a> claimed that he has thought about not playing for the NY Giants this campaign, sharing that he might act this way amid his stalemate about a long-term deal with the franchise.<\/p>\n

Barkley talked about his “leverage” in deal negotiations with the NFL franchise from the Big Apple while being guess on “The Money Matters” podcast that was screened ahead of Monday’s deadline for organization players to agree to long-term contracts.<\/p>\n

The 2 sides failed to reach a long-term contract before the deadline, meaning the RB will have to participate in the upcoming campaign under the 10 million dollar organization\u2019s tender.<\/p>\n

Barkley has yet to ink the tender and can\u2019t be charged for missing the training camp, which started for New York veterans yesterday. Barkley will lose money only if he doesn\u2019t play in the regular-campaign matches and has to give up game checks \u2013 a situation that the running back has thought about.<\/p>\n

“My leverage is I could say, ‘F— you’ to the New York, I could say, ‘F— you to my teammates,” \u2013 the 2 time Pro Bowler shared in the podcast.<\/p>\n
