But it was sufficient to edge out and overpower his opponent.<\/p>\n<p>Spain next face Croatia &#8211; who beat Belgium 2-1 &#8211; on Saturday, with the winners of their three-team group facing Switzerland in the final on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>The Hopman Cup made its comeback on the calendar after 4 year absence, the last edition being in 2019.
