“I have always enjoyed my time in Canada but after speaking with my team we believe this is the right decision to take,” said Djokovic.<\/p>\n
“I would like to thank Karl Hale, the tournament director, for understanding this decision.”<\/p>\n
Djokovic has been triumphant at the Toronto Masters 5 times before, but he will be unable to add another trophy to his collection.<\/p>\n
