Alcaraz had 12 opportunities to break his opponent\u2019s serve but converted 2, which was enough to win the set after allowing 1 break.<\/p>\n<p>In the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> set, however, Thompson converted 2 breaks and allowed 1 break to triumph 6-4. In the deciding set, Alcaraz showed why he is the world number 1 and played his best tennis in the match.
