Treylon Burks has avoided a serious injury to his left knee after a scan revealed it is only a minor issue.<\/p>\n
The Titans coach Mike Vrabel revealed that Burks has suffered no structural damage.<\/p>\n
\u201cI don\u2019t think it\u2019s going to be a long-term thing,\u201d Vrabel said. \u201cI\u2019m not putting a timetable on it, but I think it was a best-case scenario.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019ll rehab him, and I know he\u2019ll work hard to get back,\u201d Vrabel added. \u201cWhen he\u2019s ready to come back out he\u2019ll help us.\u201d<\/p>\n
According to reports Burks has sprained his lateral collateral ligament and will miss the next two weeks.<\/p>\n
The Titans have high hopes for the wide receiver in the upcoming campaign with the team registering the third-fewest passing yards in the NFL last season.<\/p>\n
