However, Chargers decided to waive him a few days ago.<\/p>\n<p>Rountree has 49 carries for 106 yards and a TD in the games that he played in the NFL. He appeared in the Chargers&#8217; January playoff defeat vs. Jaguars but didn\u2019t play with the ball.<\/p>\n<p>Dameon Pierce is the 1<sup>st<\/sup> choice among running backs in Houston.
