Williams appeared in the past 3 campaigns with the Cleveland Browns, starting 21 matches.<\/p>\n<p>The NFL organization also waived CB <a href=\"https:\/\/7sport.net\/en\/nfl\/player\/zech-mcphearson\/\">Zech McPhearson<\/a> and receiver <a href=\"https:\/\/7sport.net\/en\/nfl\/player\/tyrie-cleveland\/\">Tyrie Cleveland<\/a> with injury designations.
