Spanish football federation chief Luis Rubiales “should resign” from his position after he kissed Spain player Jenni Hermoso, according to Yolanda Diaz.<\/p>\n

The RFEF president apologized after the noise that the situation received for kissing on the lips Hermoso during the award ceremony after Spain won against England 1-0 and became Women’s World Cup champions.<\/p>\n

The 2nd<\/sup> deputy prime minister shared that she didn\u2019t believe Luis’s apology and that his actions can\u2019t be excused.<\/p>\n
