Inter head coach Tata Martino said the superstar was reaching his “physical limit”.<\/p>\n
“Leo and many other players are reaching an important physical limit and from today we will start to monitor that – how to go into the next three games,” Martino said after Wednesday’s US Cup victory over Cincinnati.<\/p>\n
Messi played the full 120 minutes in the shootout win. Since making his debut on July 21, the 36-year-old has played eight games in 33 days, scoring 10 goals.<\/p>\n
