It\u2019s tough to say goodbye. It\u2019s not easy,\u201d Isner said. \u201cBut eventually, this day would come. It\u2019s hard to prepare for the emotions of it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Isner did announce a week before the US Open that it will be his last event and fittingly ended his career in style &#8211; with 5 set thriller against fellow American Michael Mmoah.
