Charles Leclerc made it abundantly clear that his future is tied with Ferrari as he aims to fulfill his dream of winning the championship with the Scuderia.<\/p>\n
Leclerc contract expires at the end of 2024 and his future has been a topic of debate after a very sloppy 2023 campaign from Maranello.<\/p>\n
However, the Monegasque shrugged any rumors by stating it is every driver’s dream to drive for Ferrari.<\/p>\n
\u201cI have always loved Ferrari and I would love to stay,\u201d said Leclerc. \u201cI\u2019ve always made it very clear that my goal is to try to be a world champion, but firstly with Ferrari.”<\/p>\n
\u201cI know how difficult it is. We are not in the easiest situation. There is a big gap to fill to get to Red Bull\u2019s level, but Ferrari has helped me before I got into F1, believed in me and put me into the Ferrari seat very early on, and it\u2019s always a team that I\u2019ve loved.”<\/p>\n
Heading into their home race in Monza Ferrari sit 4th in the Constructors and desperately need a strong result to come back at Mercedes and Aston Martin.<\/p>\n
