The striker left Manchester United after a mutual agreement and has gone abroad to Spain.<\/p>\n
The 21-year-old didn’t feature in Getafe’s 2-1 loss to Real Madrid, but head-coach Jose Bordelas stated his optimism about the player’s status.<\/p>\n
“It is too delicate a situation to trivialise this issue.” the team boss said.<\/p>\n
“Everybody knows what happened, the appropriate measures were taken.”<\/p>\n
“He’s a footballer of the highest level, who comes to Getafe with enormous hope. We are going to help him to recover his best level.”<\/p>\n
Greenwood was arrested in January 2022 on allegations of sex assault.<\/p>\n
