Jerome had been carted off the field. Cleveland\u2019s head coach gave no details about his running back injury but shared that he will have surgery.<\/p>\n<p>The manager added that the NFL franchise will try adding another RB to the roster, but Ford will be the team\u2019s leading RB.<\/p>\n<p>Jerome rushed for 106 yards on 16 carries against the Steelers, including a 69-yard run that finished with a TD for his organization. Ford also caught 3 passes for 25 yards.
