The guard&#8217;s current deal expires at the end of the upcoming season.<\/p>\n<p>Hield, who will turn 31 in December, averaged 16.8 points, 5 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game last season. He is the only player in the NBA to make at least 1,000 three-pointers since the start of the pandemic in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The Bahamas international has been playing for Indiana since the middle of the 2021\/22 season.
