However, we didn\u2019t see offside lines during the broadcast, which usually happens.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;PGMOL acknowledges a significant human error occurred during the 1<sup>st<\/sup> half of Tottenham against Liverpool.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The goal by Luiz Diaz was disallowed for offside by the on-field team of referees. This was a clear factual error and should have resulted in the goal being awarded after the VAR review. However, the VAR failed to fix things.
