According to the Independent, it is highly unlikely UEFA to award five automatic places for the tournament.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking after the news was confirmed, FA Chief Executive Mark Bullingham said: &#8220;We&#8217;re delighted. It&#8217;s been three years hard work to get this point.
