Arsenal attacker Gabriel Jesus has hinted at frustration about his new role in the Gunners team so far this campaign, having been instructed to play wide in a few matches.<\/p>\n
The Brazil international started on the left wing vs. Spurs and Bournemouth before being used on the right for the win vs. ex-team Man. City.<\/p>\n
Since being injured at the beginning of the campaign, he has yet to begin a league clash as a classic forward \u2013 although he has been number 9 in Arsenal\u2019s Champions League games.<\/p>\n
“When I chose to leave the Sky Blues for the Gunners, Edu and Arteta discussed it with me, and I made it clear that I would like to be on the pitch as a ‘9’,” he told the media on international duty.<\/p>\n
“This was Arsenal’s idea, for me to play as a 9, loose. This campaign has been different; we have had injuries, and in the last 3 games, I started on the wing.
