The result was 0-0 when the situation happened. Official Craig Pawson gave a yellow card but to Everton\u2019s manager after he was livid on the touchline.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s a bizarre nature of the modern football,&#8221; Dyche shared with the media in his post-game interview.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;How they, when the result was 0-0, remained with 11 [players] on the pitch, I don&#8217;t think anyone understands why. Their head coach certainly didn&#8217;t cause him to take the player off immediately because Klopp knew he needed to be sent off.
