However, Usman bounced back and had a very solid 2<sup>nd<\/sup> round. In the final 3<sup>rd<\/sup> round, Chimaev secured a takedown in the final seconds of the fight; that can be the reason that he ended up victorious in 2 of the 3 judges\u2019 cards as the other 1 scored the fight as a draw &#8211; 29-27, 29-27 and 28-28.<\/p>\n<p>After the victory, Chimaev shared in his interview that he prayed for peace and paid respect to Usman for accepting the fight on such short notice.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI admire Kamaru,\u201d Chimaev claimed. \u201cUsman has good coaches, a good team.
