The Rossoneri went into the break with a 2-0 lead, but lost their advantage and had to settle for a point in Naples.<\/p>\n<p>In the 20 minute, Pierre Kalulu suffered an injury and was replaced by Marco Pellegrino, who made his debut for Milan. Two minutes later, the Rossoneri took the lead. Christian Pulisic took on Mario Rui from the right and crossed into the box. Olivier Giroud broke free from Amir Rahmani and sent in a header that Alex Meret tried to clear but the ball ended up in the net for 0-1.<\/p>\n<p>In the 32nd minute, the Rossoneri struck for the second time.
