Ronaldo made a gesture towards the camera that the referee should be substituted.<\/p>\n<p>Moments later Talisca was given his marching order after a video replay deemed his foul dangerous and Al-Nassr were reduced to 10 men.<\/p>\n<p>Ronaldo was already booked in the first half for an aggressive behavior towards the referee, but manage to avoid a second yellow for his gesture.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Ettifaq, led by Steven Gerrard, were also reduced to 10-men with midfielder Ali Hazazi sent off for a foul which led to a brawl between the two teams.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Al-Nassr edged out Al-Ettifaq by 1-0, but it was anything but a clean game as tempers flared high in both sides.
