Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic said the 117-102 win over Orlando Magic ‘was a great and very difficult win’ and commented Dirk Nowitzki and Mavericks head coach Jason Kid.<\/p>\n
The 24-year-old Slovenian international led Dallas to a comeback against Orlando, scoring 29 points, 3 rebounds and 6 assists.<\/p>\n
“We have to keep fighting, play solid defense because we have a long way to go,” added Doncic, who is averaging 32 points, 10.7 rebounds and 9.3 assists per game.<\/p>\n
The four-time All-Star said he wants to improve everything about his game, adding that he was fortunate enough to play at least one season with Mavericks legend Dirk Nowitzki.<\/p>\n
“The things he did for Dallas are incredible, and not only as a player, but also as a person. I think he should be an example for every player in the league,” Doncic continued about Nowitzki, and as for Jason Kidd, the Slovenian commented : “He’s been in my position so he knows what it’s all about.
