Logan Sargeant expressed his delight following career-best grid position at the Las Vegas Grand Prix.<\/p>\n
The American clocked a time good enough to secure him 7th spot, which will become P6 once Carlos Sainz is demoted with 10-place grid drop.<\/p>\n
The Williams rookie had managed to reach Q3 only once this season and he was, understandably, excited about the prospect.<\/p>\n
“I\u2019m a happy boy, for sure. It\u2019s just nice to see what we\u2019ve been working on come together.” Sargeant said.<\/p>\n
“I feel like we\u2019ve had that potential for a while, but finally I was able to get it all together over three qualifying sessions, which is nice.”<\/p>\n
“It was tight there at the end, so I\u2019m glad I was a few hundredths quicker than P10. It\u2019s a great day for the team and I think we have a good race car as well.”<\/p>\n
