A message sent to Lucic\u2019s agent was not immediately returned.<\/p>\n<p>The 35-year-old has participated in over 1,300 NHL games with the Bruins, Los Angeles Kings, Edmonton Oilers and Calgary Flames.<\/p>\n<p>The veteran returned to Boston on a one-year free agent contract as he aims to emulate their success from 2011, when they lifted the Stanley Cup.<\/p>\n<p>However, he hasn&#8217;t played since October 21 due to injury.<\/p>\n<p>When asked about Lucic&#8217;s situation, coach Jim Montgomery refused to comment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur culture here is great, and we care about each other. With that, it\u2019s not a normal day. But we\u2019re professionals, and we have a game to play tonight.
