Thierry Henry has expressed his disappointment with his France U-21 squad following a humiliating 3-0 defeat to South Korea on Monday.<\/p>\n
The former Arsenal and Barcelona starlet was livid with his players’ display as they recorded back-to-back losses.<\/p>\n
“The result is horrible,” Henry said. “I told the guys that we were taught a lesson in fighting spirit against Austria, and here we have received a lesson in realism.”<\/p>\n
Henry further elaborated that he plans to make significant changes if things don’t change rapidly. The 46-year-old stated that he would rely on more senior players and those, who underperformed may wait a long time before getting their next chance.<\/p>\n
“There will be the (players born in) 2001 (in March\u2019s international break). We\u2019ll certainly have a different XI, just like we\u2019ll have a different XI for the Olympic Games,” Henry confirmed.<\/p>\n
