His declining performances made managers to remove him from the field on 3<sup>rd<\/sup> downs and had him most recently splitting earlier snaps with <a href=\"https:\/\/7sport.net\/en\/nfl\/player\/e-j-speed\/\">E.J. Speed<\/a> \u2013 something that annoyed the All-Pro LB.<\/p>\n<p>In 2 separate interviews with the media, Leonard admitted his frustration with how he played since the beginning of the campaign.
