The Spurs put an end to their 18-game losing streak by defeating the short-handed Los Angeles Lakers 129-115 on Friday night. LeBron James made a return with 23 points and 10 rebounds after missing the Lakers&#8217; previous game due to a bruised left calf.<\/p>\n<p>Anthony Davis, who had an impressive 37-point, 10-rebound game in the Lakers&#8217; win on Wednesday, sat out with a hip injury. The Lakers were further hampered by the absence of D&#8217;Angelo Russell (migraine) and Cam Reddish (right knee soreness).
