Gary Neville has shared his criticism at Manchester United’s decision to announce the minority share takeover by Sir Jim Ratcliffe on Christams Eve.<\/p>\n
According to the Sky pundit it is a ‘disgraceful’ timing and pretty much sums up the torrid 2023 the Red Devils are enduring.<\/p>\n
Official announcement had been delayed, but on December 24 it was finally announced that Ratcliffe’s Ineos Group will earn a minority stake at Old Trafford. But Neville was far form impressed by the news.<\/p>\n
“Manchester United 2023 has been a disgrace to the end,” Neville wrote in social media post.<\/p>\n
“The timing of this is truly awful and no functioning organisation would even think about it.”<\/p>\n
“Anyway all the very best to Jim Radcliffe and I hope he can somehow work out a way to get the club right again and back to being something respectable on and off the pitch.”<\/p>\n
