“We can debate the penalty all day; several managers have already labeled it a farce. His hand is in a natural position. He doesn’t raise his hand to stop the ball; he jumps with his whole body to block the shot. How that is a penalty is a very surprising decision in my world, but maybe I’m from another planet,” commented the Everton manager after the match.<\/p>\n
“Who knows? All managers are discussing it. Someone has to realize soon that this cannot be considered a penalty because he simply jumps to block the ball – that’s it,” Dyche added.<\/p>\n
