It is Atalanta&#8217;s second win over the Rossoneri in two games, played in just over one month. On December 9 they defeated Milan 3-2 in Bergamo.<\/p>\n<p>Towards the end of the first half of regular time, Milan launched a superb attack, culminating in Leao&#8217;s precise left-footed strike that beat Atalanta&#8217;s goalkeeper, giving Milan a 1-0 lead.<\/p>\n<p>The joy for the hosts was short-lived, as in the second minute of extra time, Milan&#8217;s defense was caught napping and Mike Maignan couldn&#8217;t make the save against Koopmeiner&#8217;s shot and the score was quickly leveled.<\/p>\n<p>In the 57th minute, Miranchuk surged into the penalty area from the right. The guest player went down after a series of feints against Gimenez, resulting in contact between them. Referee Di Bello pointed to the penalty spot.
