His new contract will have an average annual value of over 4 million dollars.<\/p>\n<p>He became part of Chicago after being acquired from the Vancouver Canucks shortly before the beginning of the past campaign.<\/p>\n<p>The Canadian forward has 53 goals and 72 assists in 404 matches in the NHL with the Stars, Canucks, and his current team.
