Lions\u2019 consensus 6.5-point favorite status for Sunday\u2019s match vs. Buccaneers is its largest ever in the postseason. It surpassed Detroit\u2019s 4-point favorite vs. the Cowboys in the 1970 divisional round, a match in which the Lions lost 5-0.<\/p>\n
“They haven’t been favorites in the postseason, that\u2019s certain, but they didn\u2019t play that many matches in the playoffs also,” DraftKings executive Johnny Avello shared with the media. “The franchise has just not had many chances.”<\/p>\n
