After that, Milwaukee will face the New Orleans Pelicans at their venue, but Rivers will not be on the bench until Monday, when he will make his debut vs. the Nuggets in Denver.<\/p>\n<p>Milwaukee will be the 5<sup>th<\/sup> organization Doc (62) has taken over; he began as a manager in 1999-2000.
