However, the deal is not official yet as final details are worked out with the University of Kentucky as he is still under contract as their OC and QBs coach.<\/p>\n<p>Terms of the contract are unavailable, nor do arrangements need to be made with the school.<\/p>\n<p>Tampa Bay wanted Coen as he has experience in Sean McVay&#8217;s system, serving as the LA Rams\u2019 assistant WRs coach from 2018-2019, assistant QBs coach in 2020, and OC in 2022, with periods in Kentucky as OC and QBs coach in 2021 and in the past year.<\/p>\n<p>Coen\u2019s appointment in Buccaneers is crucial to the franchise potentially reinking QB Baker Mayfield as the 2 worked together in Rams in 2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Tampa Bay Bucs have agreed with Liam Coen to have him become their new offensive coordinator.
