The news comes hours after ex-Arizona Cardinals manager Kliff Kingsbury declined the job.<\/p>\n<p>Luke (39), dismissed by the Chicago Bears as offensive coordinator in January, was 1 of the least 5 candidates Las Vegas interviewed for the vacant job.
